The Vineyard at Keysfield Development Plan: A Truly Southern Development

The Vineyard at Keysfield development plan will consist of 82 large, custom home lots (each lot is a minimum 1/2 acre); a 4.5 acre lake located in the center of the development; an owner's only clubhouse area with lush Southern landscaped gardens and an Olympic-sized pool; lake landing; Waccamaw River access boat ramp; boat parking on property; and landscaped pathways throughout the development, including a main development entrance that also serves as a short walking trail/small park area.  In addition to these planned amenities, owners will have access to the muscadine vineyard located next door to the development, called Hyman Vineyards; and garden plots which owners will have access to at an additional cost, located a short walking distance from the main property, next to Hyman Vineyards.
