The Vineyard at Keysfield Custom Home Community: Country Colonial Style
All homes at the Vineyard at Keysfield will be custom homes; however, as long as each home's overall feel fits within the scope of "country colonial." The Vineyard at Keysfield has an Architectural Review Board (ARB) in place whom will approve all architectural details for each custom home within the community.
Custom home packages will be offered for The Vineyard at Keysfield lot owners who are interested in working with the development's builder, T.R. Depending on the size of each lot, there are minimum square footage (ranging in size from 1,850 sq. ft. to 2,400 sq. ft.) & home height requirements which must be met for all custom homes. Detailed Architectural Review Board (ARB) guidelines will be posted soon. Please look at the below links for examples of custom homes which fit into the architectural style, "Country Colonial."
